On the afternoon of July 31st, Chengdu Supply and Marketing Cooperative Union's Chengdu Changda Resource Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changda Resources") and Aibolu Chengdu Company officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will integrate state-owned capital and private technology advantages to launch the intelligent construction and market-oriented operation of the renewable resource recycling system throughout Chengdu, and promote the accelerated implementation of Chengdu's "waste free city" goal.
1、State owned enterprises establish platforms, private enterprises empower
This signing marks a new stage in Chengdu's renewable resources industry, where state-owned enterprises take over and private enterprises empower.
Changda Resources, as a professional company under Chengdu Yimin Investment Group, relies on the grassroots network and public service attributes of the supply and marketing cooperative system to undertake the task of constructing the urban resource recycling basic network;
As a national digital enterprise for renewable resources, Aibolu's technology covers all categories of recycling scenarios such as electronic waste, scrap metal, and waste plastic. Its independently developed intelligent sorting and traceability system has been applied in multiple cities across the country.
Through the integration of Changda's public node resources and Aibo Green's "Internet plus+Recycling" technology platform, Chengdu's renewable resources network will realize the full link digitization from recycling to reuse.
2、Significance of cooperation
The cooperation between Changda and Aibolu is not an isolated event, but a key milestone in the construction of Chengdu's national waste material recycling system. After Chengdu was selected as a key city for national waste material recycling in 2023, it was explicitly proposed to build 4000 community recycling stations (points) and 46 sorting centers by 2025, with an annual recycling total of 7 million tons of renewable resources and a comprehensive utilization rate of over 80%.
The achievement of this goal urgently requires the participation of market entities. As Zhuang Guangchun, Vice President of Aibo Green, said, "The combination of the public attributes of state-owned enterprises and the technological agility of private enterprises can quickly replicate standardized service models. The Yimin Group, to which Changda belongs, has a city wide agricultural product cold chain and retail network, providing ready-made infrastructure support for renewable resource logistics.
The Chengdu sample of "state-owned enterprise integration" of renewable resources has been implemented. How will the next step of institutional innovation and policy support safeguard the "zero waste city"?
