Fully Booked Orders! Yinjinda’s Recycled Polyester Film Production Line Set to Officially Launch
Recently, within the Circular Economy Industrial Park in Weihui City, Henan Province, the country’s first recycled polyester film production line, invested and constructed by Henan Yinda New Materials Co., Ltd., has completed construction and entered the final debugging stage, with official operation imminent. The launch of this project marks a breakthrough in the large-scale, high-value recycling and utilization of waste polyester bottles at the film-grade level, providing new technological pathways and commercial models for the plastic recycling and regeneration industry. The core of this production line adopts high-value polyester regeneration and circular utilization technology, processing recycled waste PET bottles—after pre-treatment steps such as cleaning, crushing, and screening—directly into recycled polyester film products. According to the company’s production department head, this process significantly expands the application scope and utilization rate of recycled plastics, achieving a closed-loop cycle from “bottle” to “film.” Simultaneously, the industrial park has introduced an 8.7-meter-wide PETG film production line, currently the widest recycled polyester film production equipment in China, representing industry-leading technological standards and expected to boost production capacity by approximately 25%.
Strong market demand has provided robust momentum for the project. The company’s marketing head revealed that trial production orders are already booked through the Spring Festival, with over 50% of the capacity targeting international markets. This reflects a qualitative leap in global demand for high-end recycled polyester films. Upon full operation, the project is expected to recycle 200,000 tons of waste plastics annually, reduce carbon emissions by over 300,000 tons, and vigorously drive the green integration and agglomeration development of upstream and downstream industrial chains in the surrounding areas. The local development zone management committee stated that a comprehensive service system covering finance, production, and industrial chain integration has been established around the project to promote cluster-based industrial development and solidify the foundation for green transformation in manufacturing.
