Taihao's 200,000 Tonnes/Year Recycled Plastics Expansion and Renovation Project

On December 31, 2025, the Shixing County Environmental Protection Bureau of Guangdong Province issued an approval decision on the Environmental Impact Report Form for the 200,000 Tonnes/Year High-Quality Environmentally Friendly Recycled Plastics Workshop and Production Line Expansion and Renovation Project of Guangdong Taihao Resources & Environment Technology Co., Ltd.
Guangdong Taihao Resources & Environment Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest 58 million yuan, including 3 million yuan dedicated to environmental protection initiatives, to carry out the "200,000 Tonnes/Year High-Quality Environmentally Friendly Recycled Plastics Workshop and Production Line Expansion and Renovation Project" within its existing factory premises. The project will be constructed in three phases:
- Phase I: Focuses on the production of food-grade recycled plastics (8mm–20mm food-grade flakes or pellets). Among the output, 40,000 tonnes per year will be sold directly as cleaned recycled plastic flakes, and another 40,000 tonnes per year will be processed into pellets before being sold.
- Phase II: Will produce human-contact-grade recycled plastics. This phase will yield 20,000 tonnes per year of cleaned recycled plastic flakes for direct sale, and 20,000 tonnes per year of recycled plastic pellets for sale after granulation.
- Phase III: Is designed for manufacturing electronic-grade recycled plastics. It will produce 80,000 tonnes per year of cleaned recycled plastic flakes for direct sale, with no granulation process involved.
