Jinggong Technology Achieves Successful Pilot Production of 50,000-Ton PET Chemical Recycling Line for Jiaren
Zhejiang Jinggong Integration Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jinggong Technology”) has made significant progress in the industrialization of green circular recycling, leveraging its technical accumulation and engineering expertise in the field of chemical polyester recycling. The company recently delivered and successfully commenced pilot production of the JPET50 polyester recycling line—the core 50,000-ton main process unit of Phase I of the “Annual 150,000-Ton Green Recycled New Materials Project”—for Jiaren New Material (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. The line has produced qualified PET products, confirming its capability for continuous and stable operation.
The production line employs Jinggong Technology’s independently developed core process of “Glycol Depolymerization + Methanol Transesterification,” integrated with proprietary technologies such as multi-stage centrifugation and distillation. It efficiently depolymerizes waste textiles and other polyester-based materials, converting them into recycled DMT (R-DMT) with a purity of up to 99.99%. This purity level significantly surpasses general industry standards, enabling the recycled material to be widely used in high-end applications across textiles, packaging, and engineering plastics. This achievement marks the realization of a complete closed-loop cycle “from waste textiles to recycled new materials.”
The smooth commissioning and operation of this line not only demonstrate Jinggong Technology’s technical strength in the resource recycling equipment sector but also provide a viable industrialization pathway for promoting the green transformation of China’s textile and chemical industries, supporting the national “Dual Carbon” goals. The company expressed its openness to various forms of cooperation with partners, including technology licensing, EPC turnkey contracting, and equity participation, to jointly advance the scaling and high-quality development of the recycled new materials industry.
