On August 5th, China Resources and Environment Group's Electronic Boyuan Environmental Protection Intelligent Plastic Crushing and Cleaning Processing Line was officially put into operation, taking a crucial step in extending and supplementing the industrial chain, effectively promoting the high-end, intelligent, and green development of the industry.
1、Extend and supplement chains to turn waste into treasure
Zihuan Electronics Boyuan Environmental Protection, located in Panyu Industrial Park, Daye City, Hubei Province, is a leading comprehensive service provider for harmless resource recycling in China. It focuses on the recycling, dismantling, processing, and reuse of waste resources such as household appliances, small appliances, motor vehicles, and electromechanical equipment. Since December last year, Zihuan Electronics Boyuan Environmental Protection has upgraded and renovated an intelligent plastic crushing and cleaning processing line based on the original small household appliance dismantling plant to address the low utilization efficiency of waste plastic resources generated during the dismantling process of waste household appliances. This production line undergoes crushing, cleaning, and sorting to convert the plastic shell of waste household appliances into high value-added recycled materials, which can be widely used in textile, automotive, electronic packaging, and other fields. The annual processing capacity of waste plastics reaches 10000 tons, equivalent to reducing about 40000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions and saving about 50000 tons of oil resources.

2、Intelligent assistance for high-quality and efficient
Get rid of path dependence and avoid following the old path! Zihuan Electronics Boyuan Environmental Protection empowers the recycling of waste plastic resources through innovation driven efforts. The traditional plastic recycling industry has long faced problems such as extensive recycling and sorting, and unstable quality of recycled materials. Boyuan Environmental Protection has collaborated with teams from universities such as Wuhan University of Engineering and Shanghai Second University of Technology to tackle key breakthroughs in the analysis of plastic types for small household appliances, microplastic treatment, and other processes and technologies.

In response to the challenges of low sorting efficiency and high residual impurities, the introduction of supergravity sorting technology achieves high-precision separation of mixed foreign objects in raw materials through centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, significantly improving product purity and material added value, and reducing equipment wear risks. At the same time, it adopts internationally leading automated sorting technology, combined with optical recognition, density sorting, and AI intelligent algorithms, to accurately distinguish waste plastics of different materials and colors, with a sorting purity of over 99%.
3、Green, low-carbon, environmentally friendly
Zihuan Electronics Boyuan Environmental Protection has firmly established a green and low-carbon concept in the entire process of plastic recycling. In order to avoid dust pollution that is easily generated in the crushing process, negative pressure closed collection+pulse bag dust removal technology has been introduced to build a dust prevention and control network covering the entire production line and create a clean production workshop.

Unlike traditional plastic crushing and cleaning processes where water resources are directly discharged after a single use, Boyuan Environmental Protection adopts a three-stage water circulation system. Through the deep integration of multi-stage filtration, spatial precipitation, and circulation networks, the cleaning water is treated in stages, reducing the water consumption per ton of plastic from 8 tons in traditional processes to less than 0.3 tons. There is no wastewater discharge during the production process, which can reduce water consumption by nearly 10000 tons per year. In the color separation process, non polluting water-based color selection technology is adopted to avoid the secondary pollution of traditional dyes to the environment.
