This product is a highly effective heat-resistant masterbatch for PET, which can significantly increase the thermal deformation temperature of PET injection molded extruded sheet materials, resulting in a significant improvement in the heat resistance of PET materials. The hot deformation temperature can reach around 91 ℃ when tested by injection molding standard samples, and can pass the 100 ℃ test when boiled in hot water.

1. M-2806 heat-resistant masterbatch, the carrier is made by mixing polyester and other additives for granulation, and has good compatibility with PET. It appears as colorless and transparent or slightly foggy particles, and a small amount of fogging does not affect the final heat-resistant result
2. The recommended addition amount is generally 2-5%
