The critical PET bottle washing line then executes intensive cleaning cycles, following crushing in specialized PET recycle machine units, density separation techniques isolate pure PET fragments. Subsequent precision processing includes high-velocity fine washing, float-sink purification, and thermal drying - transforming waste bottles into premium recycled polyester bottle flakes.
