    This line is our minimum capacity: 500 kg/h, which can be divided into cold and hot washing lines. It is suitable for customers who are new to this industry or have a low budget. Generally, the cold washing line mainly includes: a belt conveyor with a metal detector, a label remover, a sorting conveyor, a crusher, a screw loader, a floating washing tank, a high-speed friction washing machine, a dewatering machine, and a silo storage. Through these machines, labels, caps, rings, glue, sediment, and other dirt can be removed effectively, and finally, clean and dry PET flakes can be obtained. The hot washing line adds a hot washing tank based on the cold washing line for better removal of oil and glue. We can provide customization according to customers' requirements.
